Karen Ford is a National Manager with USTA Serves. Her major responsibilities include: increasing visibility and awareness within the USTA Family and local youth, serving organizations to maximize program and financial effectiveness, developing and implementing policies and operating procedures to improve results, managing and coordinating all US Open activities to maximize fundraising opportunities and collaborating and integrating USTA Serves activities with USTA and USTA Section office opportunities. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, holding a degree in Recreation, Leisure and Sport Management. Karen currently resides in New Milford, Conn.
Jackie Materasso has been with USTA Serves since 2001, most recently as National Manager, Grants and Scholarships. In this role, she manages the bi-annual grant process for USTA Serves, which includes coordination of the proposal review process, status reports, analysis and evaluation of program outcomes and site visits. She also manages the annual scholarship process and works in tandem with the Executive Director to oversee aspects of the daily operations of the Foundation.
Ginalysse Ingles is a Coordinator with USTA Serves. She provides support to the department staff and Board of Directors, donor processing, web management, social marketing, outreach to sections and assistance to USTA Serves’ grants and scholarships programs. A graduate of Amherst College majoring in English, Ginalysse also studied abroad at NYU in Madrid. Prior to joining the USTA, she worked for Harlem Success, Penguin and Random House.
